Week # 2 – Making a Change

This week has been about making a change in how I think, a paradigm shift for me. The blue boxes from week 1 are back and more is revealed, metaphors and pictures, what is that ??? Thoughts and results, change my thoughts, change the results. Looking at things in a different light. This is very powerful, it has also been difficult for me, my subby is resisting, but I am changing my blueprint..

Learned a new word this week ‘idealization’ . step 1, now to put it in practice.

Then the ‘Blue’ box, looking for Blue boxes everywhere, the color the shape, on my way to work, at the office, at the store, all week, linking them to my PPN’s, oh, did I say PPN ?? That’s new this week also, so now I’m becoming an observer, hmmm, making more changes, so now I’ve got the chore cards, linking colors and shapes to the cards my PPN’s and my promise.

And then jumping off the pages at me from “The Greatest Salesman” and “The Master Key” are a couple of things, 3. The subconscious soul, like a benevolent stranger, works and makes provision for our benefit,. That mysterious mind that never sleeps. 22. The subconscious mind is the seat of our principles and our aspirations. It is the fount of our artistic and altruistic ideals. These instincts can only be overthrown by an elaborate and gradual process of undermining the innate principles. Reading TGS, the DMP,  the cards, and the Blue Print Builder, and The Master Key everyday is making a change a gradual change. 23. The subconscious mind cannot argue controversially. Hence, if it has accepted wrong suggestions, the sure method of overcoming them is by the use of a strong counter suggestion, frequently repeated, which the mind must accept, thus forming new and healthy habits of thought and life, for the subconscious mind is the seat of Habit.

so I’m making a change, forming new habits, and that brings up the ‘sit’ . Now I’m not a writer so this has been a big change just to get this done, but to sit still for 15 minutes, I’m like a young child, the urge to move is overwhelming,  but to sit still and not think, wow, this is an extreme challenge, it’s all about making a change.

So last week I started going back to the gym, I realized it had been almost 15 years, something was holding be back, then I started on this journey the MKMMA  and this week I’ve been going in earnest, looking forward to it, and attaching feeling to my experience, Like reading TGS, my DPM and cards 3x a day with enthusiasm, each day my enthusiasm grows. And the BPB out loud, in the parking lot, at the gym, did get some strange looks, ha ha ha

I’m making a change

  1. Marty, your blog sounds like you really have the hang of what MKMMA is trying to say. Overcoming old habits takes a lot of work. You are on your way to chipping away the concrete to reveal the golden Buddha. I wish I had been in the parking lot as you were repeating your BPB out loud. Then we both could have had a good laugh. Good job!

  2. What a wonderful journey you are on! You are really letting go and seeking change. I am 100% confident that you will find yourself a new person in 6 months! I love your honesty about what you are dealing with in the exercises. The parking lot at the gym- I love it! Keep going and dig deep!
