The (Law of Growth), what we think about grows, what we forget atrophies. Hold in mind a condition desired; affirm it as an already existing fact. By constant repetition it becomes a part of ourselves, (The Law of Practice), we are actually changing ourselves; are making ourselves what we want to be. I go to the gym, I do resistance exercises, I can look in the mirror and I can see the change to my body, but can I see the change to my brain?? Mental exercise is hard work, it takes a lot of practice (The Law of Practice), mental change is not like physical change, it is the world within. The seven day Mental Diet (The Law of Substitution) well that was really put to the test today, it being black Friday, you would all be proud of me, the law works!!!!
‘The Sit’ (the Law of Relaxation) and visualization, I have been doing a lot of that, and that to requires a lot of hard mental work, but in a relaxed state. I have heard this many times throughout my life ‘ what a man can conceive and believe, he can achieve.
